Hello world. The topic today is saving money in training. As everyone knows, the bottom line is becoming more and more visible in the training world. When training dollars got cut, everyone started doing webinars via cost effective (at the time) services such as GoTo Meeting, Elluminate, Wimba, and other sources. Now budgets are tightening again, and you need relief.

Anyone who knows me will tell you I have been using a product called WiZiQ for several years now. WiZiQ is a free, flash based webinar system capable of hosting up to 500 users at a time. They have both basic and premium accounts, with the main difference being the premium account (about $100 per year) allowed you to record and download as many webinar sessions as you wanted. The free account only allowed you to record three sessions total.  Also, the academic membership is valid till the account is closed and the teacher is using it for non profit purpose only.

So it would be a great offer to take advantage of for producing webinars for free.

However, if you act before October 31, 2010 they are offering a new academic account which will allow you unlimited recordings, and several other features. All you have to do is follow the instructions listed here.
