Greetings all.  I have just returned from the Mississippi Association of Colleges state conference in Meridian, MS.  I was invited to speak on technology in the school.  With the budget woes worsening in Mississippi, there is more interest in using open source software, creative commons licensed media, and open courseware.  Follow the link below to view a video of the presentation, along with PDF handouts and a Flash file you can use if you want to share the information with your faculty/staff.
